One of the tools I use with my clients is the Letter, When you’re gone. This is the letter you would write to your loved ones/significant people in your life as your final goodbye. For Goal setting purposes, I like to use this for clients to write about the life that they are dreaming of. I encourage them to take in all the sights, sounds and smells around them and write them down.
