  • Discovered more of what makes them happy 
  • Client discovered that moving states would be beneficial to the overall career change
  • Moving would be more helpful for mental health challenges which would make the job search easier
  • Created options to trial different jobs in new industry whilst working towards the dream job
  • Realised that with careful planning, they were able to manage their mental health better
  • Started to give themselves permission to take a day off when they needed it without feeling guilty
  • Learned how to manage relationships better so that mental health was less affected

  • Delved deep into reasons for the goal
  • Realised that past hurt required some closure
  • Worked self-esteem and confidence
  • Worked on judgmental behaviours towards new mates
  • Worked on mindset/limiting beliefs to move forwards
  • Client went on 3 dates with 2 different people
  • Discovered more tolerance and less judgemental 
  • Managed anxiety/over-thinking better
  • Believed more in self and potential of finding a partner
  • Realised perspective was skewed and worked on developing this
  • Discovered more work to be done on closure from past relationship
