When I started my business, I had a clear idea of what I wanted to be able to offer the world with my coaching practice. It has taken a lot of learning, educating myself and soul-searching to find the formula for what I actually do. The experience with me is more than what you normally perceive as coaching. I am not telling you what to do, I am guiding you. You have the answers, I just have the right questions to ask you to get you to clarity. Mindfulness-based coaching to ensure you stay in the present without letting past-formed limiting beliefs get in your way, NLP techniques to help with mindset shifts and perspective plus a host of tools from various complementing therapies that all contribute to the better well-being of us all.

Here is some essential information you will require to travel to India. Please ensure that you are aware of these and should you have further questions about travel to India, please enquire at the India tourist board or Indian Embassy websites.


You will require a tourist e-visa. You can obtain one at the official website for approx £75pp. For travellers outside of the UK, please see applicable information through this website also.



These are the essential vaccinations you must have before travel to India. Further information and costs are available on the Nomad Travel website or through your GP.

Diptheria & Tetanus, Hepatitus A & Typhoid

Anti-Malaria tablets are advised.



Once you have booked your place through Frankly Coaching Ltd. A booking under your name will be made at the hotel. You will be sent your confirmation number and then you may upgrade or add to your booking directly with the hotel.



The nearest international airport with best flight options is Bangalore (BLR). The nearest airport to the resort is Mangalore (IXE). The airport transfers that are included in the package are for Mangalore which is approximately a 90 mins drive.

Everyone should arrive at the resort by 1pm. Should you not fly during these times, you will need to arrange your own transfers at a cost to you. This can be arranged with the hotel.


Fly from UK (overnight) and then connect to a 1 hour flight to Mangalore. Arrive in Mangalore by 11am.

Ayurveda is considered by many scholars to be the oldest healing science. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “The Science of Life.” Ayurvedic knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often called the “Mother of All Healing.” It stems from the ancient Vedic culture and was taught for many thousands of years in an oral tradition from accomplished masters to their disciples.

Some of this knowledge was set to print a few thousand years ago, but much of it is inaccessible. The principles of many of the natural healing systems now familiar in the West have their roots in Ayurveda, including Homeopathy and Polarity Therapy.

Your Constitution and Its Inner Balance

Ayurveda places great emphasis on prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to balance in one’s life, right thinking, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs. Knowledge of Ayurveda enables one to understand how to create this balance of body, mind and consciousness according to one’s own individual constitution and how to make lifestyle changes to bring about and maintain this balance.

Just as everyone has a unique fingerprint, each person has a particular pattern of energy—an individual combination of physical, mental and emotional characteristics—which comprises their own constitution. This constitution is determined at conception by a number of factors and remains the same throughout one’s life.

Many factors, both internal and external, act upon us to disturb this balance and are reflected as a change in one’s constitution from the balanced state. Examples of these emotional and physical stresses include one’s emotional state, diet and food choices, seasons and weather, physical trauma, work and family relationships. Once these factors are understood, one can take appropriate actions to nullify or minimize their effects or eliminate the causes of imbalance and re-establish one’s original constitution. Balance is the natural order; imbalance is disorder. Health is order; disease is disorder. Within the body there is a constant interaction between order and disorder. When one understands the nature and structure of disorder, one can re-establish order. – Dr Vasant Lad

Payment schedule: Pay a £500pp deposit by end of May to secure your space. Full balance is due by 31st August 2020. No advertised offers are to be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. Deposit: will be deducted from final cost. Discounts will be applied on final balance invoices you will be sent once you have secured your space. The retreat will go ahead with a minimum of 8 participants with a maximum group size of 10 people. Should the retreat be cancelled for not meeting minimum numbers, any monies paid will be refunded. Please note that any bookings made after 31st May 2020 will be required to pay the full amount in order to secure your place.
