Frankly Unstoppable starts with a rejuvenating, transformational retreat with Puja K McClymont to help re-align your priorities, clarify your life goals and manage the stresses of daily life; for the prevention of burnout.
This is a retreat where you put yourself first – and chances are, it’s time for you to have a treat! You will gain the confidence needed to live life on your terms, for better work-life balance, better relationships and better health.
Following the retreat, the 6 sessions of 1:1 coaching will help with life’s challenges “life is not a retreat, “ help keep you motivated, help mindset shifts and provide guidance and support to ensure you stay focussed and on track towards a healthier, happier you!
Mindfulness-based coaching to ensure you stay in the present without letting past-formed limiting beliefs get in your way, NLP techniques to help with mindset shifts and perspective plus a host of tools from various complementing therapies that all contribute to the better well-being of us all.
- Time for you to be alone – essential through the coaching process to allow for reflection and defining what you want from life.
- Spa treatments – the body needs touch and to relieve muscle tension.
- Yoga – for connecting with mind, body and spirit.
- Pilates – to help physically strengthen the body for resilience and to improve posture.
- Meditation – to calm and quiet the mind (close those tabs),
- Swimming/water – to release tensions and feel more free.
- Walking – to reconnect with nature.
- Food – mindful eating, food as fuel.
We will take a birds-eye view of your life to determine what you need to work on and how you can so that you can have more of what you want from your life.
5 nights, 6 days a single or twin accommodation with ensuite bathroom.
All meals (vegetarian) and snacks each day – most diets can be catered for.

Frankly Unstoppable Retreat at the Lucia Yoga Centre in Malaga, Spain at their beautiful Nature reserve centre set in the stunning Andalusian hills.
Three whitewashed villages serve as gateways to the yoga retreat centre. Zahara de la Sierra is one of Andalusia’s most striking villages, sashaying up a craggy, castle-topped peak in the park’s northern reaches and just 30 minutes away by car and its traditional Olive Oil Factory, unique in the country. The second, El Gastor, also known as the Balcony of the Andalusian White Villages, is a charming small town, just fifteen minutes from the retreat centre by foot. A Unesco Biosphere reserve since 1977, according to BBC Travel, the best place to hike in Andalucia. The third, Ronda, sits atop the spectacular El Tajo gorge and is the largest of Andalusia’s town fame was spread further by American literary figures Ernest Hemingway and Orson Welles who spent much time within the town limits of Ronda and southern Spain.
Enjoy beautiful accommodation surrounded by nature. Cool off after a hike in the mountains at one of five outdoor pools with views of the sierra.

“Before I came on the retreat I can only but describe myself as a very lost soul, I did not know where to go with my current life, what the ‘right’ thing to do for me was, I got overwhelmed very quickly by the littlest of things sometimes preventing me from doing anything at all and I generally felt like I did not know who I was anymore.
I had been through quite a bit of life trauma over the last two years and despite having counselling that helped me deal with my problems, I was struggling to get my life back on track in order to move on in a positive way.
I had been booked on the retreat by my family as a birthday present and it was the best present they could have given me – I feel like I have the tools to get my life back on the right path and I now see that anything is now possible.
Puja has a positive but frank/realistic approach to coaching, she guides you through innovative ways and makes you look at things holistically. Focusing on the present rather than looking into the past or even into the far future was incredibly prevalent with me and stuck with me beyond the retreat. I write my affirmations every morning and evening which help me appreciate the little things in life and take away from any little niggly things that I would have focused on before (e.g. getting rained on or wearing the wrong shoes.)
Since the retreat I have made some big life decisions and chosen a path – I finally do not feel as lost. I have got myself into a more structured routine, I am much more mindful including limiting my social media intake.
I am fully focusing on myself, researching old and new hobbies I want to pick up and putting them into a routine. I generally wasn’t sure if the retreat would be able to help me as my problems were overwhelming me and I was losing myself daily! Everyone on the retreat was incredibly supportive and that helped greatly on the retreat and after to feel like we were all in a confidential safe place.
I feel like Puja carefully put us together based on how we could help/guide each other and that in itself says so much about the retreat itself. Puja just has an incredible way of given you the self confidence, tools and belief that anything is possible, I cannot thank Puja enough.
The retreat was at a spa, also a beautiful location, it was more than life coaching you were getting time to be mindful, yoga and fitness.
People buy into people and that cannot sum up more why my whole family thought it was the right retreat for me. They just knew I would get on with you and be able to open up.
