If you’re feeling stressed and tired of daily life, it might be time for a few days away to re-set, re-focus and re-energise.
The Mind + Body Wellness Programme has been designed to rejuvenate your physical body whilst working on nourishing the mind so that you can re-set, re-focus and re-energise. This programme is ideal if you want to relieve stress by taking a break from your daily busy life. It’s a chance for you to reset both mind and body and focus on whatever you want to improve in your life. Get clarity if you’re not sure what you want to tackle first and do it with a tribe of like minded people who will be there to support you beyond the weekend. Plus, delve deeper into what holds you back from living the life you most want through one to one coaching sessions after the weekend.
The programme also aims to provide you with the confidence to continue to live your life and achieve your goals with this new level of awareness and shifts in mindset in order to make long-lasting change.
A lot of people arrive at Coaching when nothing else seems to work. You generally know what you want, how to do it but you can’t stay motivated, focused or happy through the process. Then, another year passes and you still haven’t achieved that goal. When you aren’t putting yourself first, you lose control and you become unhappy. By coming away for the weekend, those 3 days are for you. For you to re-set, re-focus and re- motivate yourself.
With me in your corner, I’ll guide you to understanding where you are in life now and where you want to be. I’ll show you how you can do that by addressing those 12 key areas of your life through powerful Coaching techniques. You will have time to really understand yourself – which often gets lost when we have families or give all of ourselves to work. We will prioritise your well-being so that anything you want to achieve is much easier and more attainable for you.

This programme suits most people who are struggling with living the life they want. You will be able to work on any goal relating to work, relationships, health or all three.
*Please note, you will be working on up to 3 goals during the weekend programme and that the actions will continue beyond the programme in order for you to achieve the outcomes you set.
