Yes, you read that right! I organise Retreats. I love to travel and I think it's one of the best therapies for anything. I certainly believe that a backdrop of beauty helps to calm and focus the mind a lot more than the hustle and bustle of city life; where you're desperately trying to find that extra hour or two to do everything you want to.
The Frankly Coaching Retreats are designed to kick-start your journey to your goals. You can join a Frankly Coaching Retreat at any time during your coaching journey as you'll reap the benefits of being away and really getting that much needed time to focus on yourself. They are great for motivation and meeting like-minded people who also want to WIN at life.
A little like me, the Frankly Coaching Retreats aren't fluffy. The focus of the retreat is YOU and we will incorporate activities that everyone will enjoy. You'll also have freedom. For example in the morning, you can either take a walk, run on the treadmill, go for a swim or have a Yoga practice. Only the Yoga practice is guided. The other activities you do by yourself (or with a pal if you want) but what's important is that you have time for yourself.
