Take the First Steps to Change
There are a mountain of quotes you can find online that talk about change, how good it is, how much better your life will be etc etc and I believe this is true however, it can also be extremely overwhelming as well and this should be understood.
“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step”
One of the tools I use with my clients is the Letter, When you’re gone. This is the letter you would write to your loved ones/significant people in your life as your final goodbye. For Goal setting purposes, I like to use this for clients to write about the life that they are dreaming of. I encourage them to take in all the sights, sounds and smells around them and write them down.
