The Well-being at Work Coaching service provided to businesses is for those that want to engage well with their employees, increase productivity, improve retention and support employee wellbeing.
The programme(s) are delivered as workshops which can be used on their own or as a series of workshops as part of a tailored programme.
At the core of all workshops is addressing Work-Life balance and how employees may improve themselves, help shift perspectives and create a mindful mindset.
