WHAT IS IT?

Frankly Engaged is a Wellbeing at Work Coaching service I provide to businesses that want to engage well with their employees, increase productivity, improve retention, support employee wellbeing and help motivation.

 

This tailored programme can help to identify productivity barriers and assist in aligning the company goals with all employees. I can also assist with managing expectations and improving workplace culture.

I always address Work-Life balance and how employees may improve themselves, help shift perspectives and create a mindful mindset.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Frankly Engaged programme is delivered over 3 months as a minimum for best results.

STRATEGY SESSION

90 minute strategy session with a senior member of the team – usually the boss to define key objectives for the programme, identify challenges and set clear goals.

INTRODUCTION

Group Coaching session for employees – this is where we learn about the employees’ challenges confidentially.

WORKSHOPS

Based on the results of the strategy session and introduction, I will create a tailored programme of 4 relevant interactive workshops for the company.

1:1 FOLLLOW UP

Email follow up with all employees post workshops.

FEEDBACK

Following each workshop, a summarised report will be sent to the senior manager.

REPORT

A full report will be submitted upon completion of the programme with recommendations.
