The key to finding products to support your wellbeing is to find solutions that work best for you. Of course working on your self development through coaching is the best way to really get to know yourself. However, we all need those extra bits in our lives to boost our overall well being. This list of 5 products to support your wellbeing, are items that my clients actually use.

When working with clients, we look to find solutions that best suit their lifestyles. The solutions need to be sustainable in the long term so that they can keep using them time after time.

The 5 products to support your wellbeing

Why I’m recommending them

5 products proven to support your wellbeing

1. CBD drinks – managing anxiety

Re+CBD is a product that can help to manage the symptoms of anxiety. In addition, this is great if you would benefit from a sense of calm right now. Re+CBD products support your wellbeing when taken as a daily tonic. They blend unique botanicals such as Ashwagandha and Turmeric that promote balance within the body which can help alleviate anxiety, pain and insomnia. Re+CBD effortlessly supports the body’s ability to produce and process serotonin. This significantly contributes to our wellbeing both physically and mentally. At a time when we all feel the negative impact of being constantly connected both digitally and physically, Re+CBD works in harmony with your lifestyle to help you keep calm and retain clarity.

You can purchase Re+CBD online. To find out more about the product, watch my interview with the founders on the Self Care 101 Podcast episode 28 or download via major podcast providers like Apple and Spotify.

2. Lemon and ginger tea – boosting your immune system

Widely revered in Ayurveda, Ginger has heat creating properties which helps to boost metabolic function. In addition, improves digestion and eliminates toxins from the body. Combined with lemon, it is a great product to support your wellbeing. Studies have shown that ginger helps regulate the immune system. So whilst we aren’t moving as much as we usually are, this can be a real help to keep you burning that fuel efficiently and to keep your immune system strong. Lemon works similarly to the digestive juices found in the stomach. It helps the pancreas produce bile and metabolise nutrients. Lemon has also been shown to improve the appearance of one’s skin as it increases vitamin C counts (slowing down signs of ageing.)

The best way to reap the benefits of lemon and ginger tea is to drink it all day. Let boiling water cool so that it is warm and either drink a cup before and after eating or just throughout the day. The tea is especially helpful for keeping you alert which is much needed right now when the lure of ‘Netflix and chill’ is just a room away.

3. Calmer You app – support on the go

I’ve seen a number of apps recently that can be a great starting point for those that are not used to meditation. What I like most about the Calmer You app as a product to support your wellbeing is that it is a complete course. It is designed with tools to help you to manage your anxiety every day. There are science-backed tools, meditations, daily journaling and ways to track your progress as you become calmer. For someone suffering from anxiety, it can be a handy daily tool. Great for helping you navigate your feelings when you are unable to do the things you usually do.

Available on app stores.

4. REN Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic – feeding your skin

This is a personal favourite of mine and a product that I honestly had no idea would be so effective just after a week of using it. I’m a firm believer of improving our outsides by what we put in our insides but unfortunately, unless you can eat organic every day, a little external help can go a long way. Formulated for daily use, Ready Steady Glow brightens complexions, refines skin texture and minimises the look of pores.

Purchase directly from RENskincare website or from John Lewis and Marks and Spencer (if you want those rewards points.)

5. Wax melts – stimulating the senses

Get your senses stimulating. A good environment includes good scents and helps to support your wellbeing. I find wax melts are the best way to keep the home smelling nice all day with even just half a melt. Yankee Candle are the best. This is what they do and you can easily grab some from a supermarket or online. Choose scents that evoke a sense of joy like freshly washed cottons, citrus, even Christmas spices like cinnamon. By burning these everyday, these products help to support your wellbeing by your senses being aroused, bringing a sense of calm to your environment and will help to make you feel good about being at home right now.

Available from most supermarkets but for the most choice, order from the Yankee Candle website directly.
