It’s tough doing something new and implementing a wellbeing programme is no exception, especially with all the often confusing information available. And let’s face it, you’re busy, probably working very long hours and have lots of demanding clients. Having burned out as a marketer, I know first-hand how you can create a cost-effective and successful wellbeing programme that is sustainable over time and one that can provide results. FYI it’s not just about adding a yoga class every week, it’s about understanding if said yoga class is effective, if it’s reducing stress levels, if it’s promoting living well and whether the team are embracing the wellbeing changes that the company is supporting. 

I specialise in working with SME’s in the Hospitality and Travel industries as well as Marketing agencies. Having worked in these environments, I know first-hand the pressures you face to deliver optimum customer service, juggle your clients needs and communicate with many people.

HOW I WORK

I like to keep things simple so we can have more action than admin. Below is the process to create an Employee Wellbeing Programme, the planning of which is usually completed within a month.

  1. Meet me in person – this is the most important factor to create an effective wellbeing programme
  2. Gain insight into the needs of your company’s wellbeing programme to define key objectives and deliverables
  3. Implement a series of workshops based on employee and company goals
  4. Create an on-going sustainable programme which includes weekly or monthly activities that promote wellbeing within the organisation
  5. Review the results

INVESTMENT GUIDE

  • A 90 minute strategy meet to define goals and outcomes

  • 6x 2hr Workshops in line with these goals

  • A follow up for all attendees after each workshop

  • A monthly full day visit for one-on-one coaching

  • A report of key themes and challenges with solutions

Minimum 6 month programme from £853 per month for up to 20 employees.
